2021 Denver Health Medicare Select (HMO) Pharmacy

  • Part D prescription drug premium: $34.30, which may be paid by “Extra Help”, also known as Low Income Subsidy (LIS).
  • No pharmacy deductible.
  • Affordable copays on generic and brand drugs.
  • Tier 6 (Select Care) drugs include preventive medications, such as cholesterol, blood pressure and some oral diabetes drugs, and are available at no cost.
