Access to Health Care Information
Internet Access
Your ability to access the internet is important for your health care needs. You can use the internet to access information about health and stay in touch with your health care providers. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Lifeline Program is designed to help low-income individuals get access to information.
Your Health Information
Under the CMS Interoperability and Prior Authorization rule, we are creating more efficient and secure ways for your health information to move between health plans and your providers to improve your care. This rule also allows members to access their health information through the third-party app of their choice. Here's what you need to know about managing your data sharing choices.
The Wellframe App for Care Team Support
Wellframe is a mobile app that enables you to stay connected with your Denver Health Medical Plan (DHMP) care team and is available to you at no cost.
- Send a mobile message to your DHMP care team when it's convenient for you.
- Track appointments, set medication reminders and get alerts about important health screenings.
- Access articles, videos, and other health resources with information for your health needs.
Denver Health MyChart
If you get your care at a Denver Health facility, MyChart will make it easy for you to schedule or cancel appointments, communicate with your Denver Health providers and access details of past and upcoming appointments. Access MyChart on your computer or smartphone.
