Pharmacy Choice
Fill prescriptions (up to 100-day supply) at any in-network National Network Pharmacy, such as MedImpact Direct Mail® (serviced by Birdi™ pharmacy), King Soopers, Walgreens, Safeway and most large retail pharmacy chains or through online mail order.
* This benefit is part of special supplemental program for the chronically ill for Elevate Medicare Choice (HMO D-SNP). Not all members qualify. Other eligibility and coverage criteria apply.
