An Annual Wellness Visit is a checkup or routine care and is one of the most important ways you can stay on top of your health. It is a chance to learn about your current health, discuss any concerns and learn what preventive measures you can take to ensure your long-term well-being.

If you need transportation to your Annual Wellness Visit, you can use your transportation benefit. Access2Care provides round-trip rides at no cost to you.
