By providing a mobile telephone number to Denver Health Medical Plan (DHMP), you consent to receive text messages from DHMP, and its service providers acting on DHMP’s behalf, at that number. These messages may be delivered via SMS or other comparable text-based messaging platforms, may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system, and may include messages related to quality improvement activities, member experience, or satisfaction surveys.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrollment, eligibility, or receipt of benefits. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from that service, except as permitted by law. You may also contact DHMP using the contact information on the back of your ID card to manage your communication preferences.
DHMP will only send text messages to mobile numbers that you have provided to us, or through other applicable application portals, and will use text messaging in accordance with applicable federal and state law and our privacy practices.
