Denver Health Medical Plan (DHMP) was initially created in 1997 and now includes Elevate Medicare Advantage plans, Elevate Health Plans Individual & Family plans, Elevate Medicaid and Child Health Plan Plus plans and the Denver Health employer plan. Today, DHMP provides health insurance for over 100,000 Coloradans.
