Medicaid and CHP+ Pharmacy Notice
Denver Health prescribers and members with referrals must fill prescriptions at a Denver Health pharmacy. If an override is required (for a maximum of 30 days), please call 303-602-2070. Members may also fill at Tepeyac or Stout Street pharmacies.
Medicaid and CHP+ members must establish care with a Denver Health, Tepeyac, Stride or Stout Street primary care provider. Call 303-436-4949 to schedule an appointment at Denver Health or schedule appointments directly with Tepeyac, Stride or Stout Street.
