Mango Shake

Description

When it’s hot outside, cool off with this tasty summer treat. Made with only a handful of ingredients, it all comes together in just five minutes!

Ingredients

2 cups low-fat milk (1%)
4 tablespoons mango juice (may substitute 1 fresh mango, pitted or 1 serving frozen mango)
1 small banana
2 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until foamy. Serve immediately.
