Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) spring salad mix
½ onion, thinly sliced
1 tomato, sliced
½ cucumber, diced
½ green apple, diced
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
¼ cup of dried cranberries
poppyseed dressing

Instructions

  1. Place the spring salad mix, eggs, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, apples, and dried cranberries into a large salad bowl.
  2. Drizzle the poppyseed dressing onto lettuce and toss to coat.
