Tips for finding a First Health provider nationwide*
- Visit the First Health Provider Directory
- Select ‘All Providers’
- Search by either ZIP code or by state
- You can search within a desired distance (you may need to adjust the distance for more results)
- To narrow your search to specific provider types, select ‘Refine your results’ in left hand navigation
- In the dropdown under ‘Specialty Type’, select up to five provider types for each search query
