How to Use the DHMP First Health Network Directory

Members of the DHHA HighPoint POS plan can choose providers from a limited First Health network for all services.
DHHA HMO, HighPoint HMO and Elevate Exchange/CO Option members may only access First Health for mental health outpatient services.

For DHHA Highpoint POS plan members, find any First Health provider

This applies to members of:

DHHA HighPoint POS plan members living in Colorado and DHHA employees and dependents on the POS plan living out-of-state.

Tips for Finding a First Health Provider

Visit the First Health Provider Directory linked above for your plan
Select ‘All Providers’
Search by either ZIP code or by state
You can search within a desired distance (you may need to adjust the distance for more results)
To narrow your search to specific provider types, select ‘Refine your results’ in left hand navigation
In the dropdown under ‘Specialty Type’, select up to five provider types for each search query
