1 pound ground turkey (lean, 7% fat)
1⁄2 cup oats (regular, dry)
1 egg (large)
1 tablespoon dehydrated onion (or 1 small onion, minced)
1⁄4 cup ketchup
2 celery stalks, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1⁄2 green pepper, seeded and diced
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Bake in a loaf pan for 25 minutes, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Cut into 5 slices and serve.
