2 cups raw almonds
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 1⁄2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice seasoning
2 tablespoons organic honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch sea salt
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Place almonds in a bowl and add cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, honey and vanilla. Toss to coat each nut.
- Spread the nuts evenly on the cookie sheet and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Let cool and serve.
