Almonds

Description

Almonds are high in calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and fiber. Made with seasonal spices, these roasted almonds are a healthy and delicious snack.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

2 cups raw almonds
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 1⁄2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice seasoning
2 tablespoons organic honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Place almonds in a bowl and add cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, honey and vanilla. Toss to coat each nut.
  3. Spread the nuts evenly on the cookie sheet and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Let cool and serve.
