Ingredients

2 whole bananas, frozen, peeled and sliced
1⁄3 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
2 cups non-fat milk, almond milk or milk of your choosing
Ice cubes
2 tablespoons honey to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. Serve immediately.
