Herb-Roasted Chicken Breast


This herb-roasted chicken breast is not only quick and easy to make, it’s a great way to get extra protein, so you feel full longer.

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield Time: 45 minutes


1⁄2 tablespoon mixed fresh herbs (marjoram, oregano, parsley, chives, thyme, etc.)
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
5 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine the herbs, lemon juice and oil. Coat the chicken with the herb mixture.
  2. Place in a baking dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until no longer pink in the center.
