Description
When you’re craving Italian, there’s nothing like hand-rolled meatballs like Grandma used to make, served with homemade marinara. Buon appetito!
Ingredients
Instructions
- Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and whip up with salt, pepper, garlic, parsley and cheese.
- Add the beef and mix thoroughly with your hands, adding the bread crumbs a little at a time. Let the mixture sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Using your palms, roll the mixture into 1 1/2- to 2-inch tight rounds and place them, well-spaced, on a baking tray. Bake for about 12 minutes, turning them once, until you see the egg slightly bubbling from the tops.
- Add them directly to a pot of homemade marinara and let them simmer all day.
