DHMP provides cost information to help you estimate your cost for a specific service or treatment. As a DHMP member, your health insurance plan covers a portion of the cost of your health care. Plan benefits and financial responsibility are detailed in your member materials.
You can reference your member materials to calculate your estimated financial responsibility. In addition, you can get information about the cost of services by accessing the Cost Estimator Tool, found on the MyDHMP Member Portal. You may also contact Health Plan Services and your provider or practitioner directly to get a better understanding of your benefits and financial responsibilities.
