Continuous Glucose Monitor Usage

On your plan, the least costly option for you is to obtain your CGM and its supplies through the Pharmacy benefit. If you have used your Medical or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) benefit, you should use the Pharmacy benefit in the future.

What this means for you is that if you already get your CGM and its supplies from your pharmacy, you should continue to do so.  If you have received your CGM and its supplies from a medical device company, you should ask if they can use the pharmacy benefit or transfer your prescription to your preferred pharmacy for future refills.
