Online Well-Being Platform
The BeWell online well-being program is an opt-in, self-management program that includes interactive content to promote health and wellness. BeWell is available to all members enrolled in Elevate Medicare Advantage. For more information on how the program works, refer to the BeWell user guide.
Get started in three easy steps!
- Create an account to opt in. When you log in for the first time you will use your member ID, which can be found on your Elevate Medicare Advantage Member ID card.
- Click on 'Your Health’ in the top navigation, then ‘Wellness Assessment’ in the blue navigation bar on the left.
- Complete the questions in the ‘Wellness Assessment' section. The Wellness Assessment takes about 20 minutes to complete and provides you with a quick snapshot of your overall health.
