COVID-19 Testing Options

Help prevent the spread of COVID-19

Being tested for COVID-19 before contact with others will reduce the chance of spreading the virus and save lives. Awareness of a positive test result allows individuals to isolate themselves for a period of time, reducing the chance that they will infect those they love and everyone around them. It may also allow you to seek treatment earlier. If you have been in contact with others who are infected, whether or not you have symptoms, you should get tested.

Free COVID Testing Options Available to Everyone

  • Walk-in and drive-through testing is free to everyone at these testing centers in the Denver metro area.
  • A third round of free at-home tests are now available to all U.S. households from the federal government at COVIDtest.gov.

Additional COVID Test Options Available by Plan

Elevate Medicare Advantage Members
Elevate Medicare Advantage members can continue to receive COVID-19 PCR and antigen tests with no cost-sharing when the test is ordered by a physician or certain other health care providers, such as physician assistants and certain registered nurses, and performed by a laboratory. You may also continue to receive COVID-19 PCR and antigen tests when the test is covered by Medicare, but you may have cost-sharing. By law, Medicare does not generally cover over-the-counter services and tests. Current access to free over-the-counter COVID-19 tests will end.
