Avocado Pear Salad

Ingredients

2 to 3 handfuls spring mix salad
1⁄2 avocado, diced
1⁄4 cup cucumber, sliced
4 ounces chicken breast, chilled and diced (grilled, broiled or baked)
Several slices red onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1⁄2 pear, sliced thin

Instructions

  1. Toss all ingredients together in a bowl. Serve.
