Response to Change Healthcare Cyberattack

Denver Health Medical Plan (DHMP) has evaluated the systems impacted by the February 21, 2024 Change Healthcare (CHC) cyber-security issue. Through this review, DHMP has partnered with TriZetto Provider Solutions (TTPS) to re-route claims processing through TTPS.

Providers can now resubmit electronically, using the same payer IDs as before (payer IDs 84-135, 84-133, 84-131). This does not apply to paper claims or claims received through the First Health Network.


Action Required

Providers must resubmit any outstanding DHMP claims dating back to February 21, 2024. DHMP will be monitoring all claims and waiving any timely filing to allow providers time to send in claims for resolution. Please resubmit all claims within the next 90 days. If you have questions on specific claims, including claims submitted prior to February 21, please contact us at 303-602-2100.
